DELIVERY TIMES & TERMS
All product will be shipped during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm)
Outside of business hours during public holidays and weekends nothing will be shipped, as courier companies do no operate. All orders places in these times will be delivered the next working day.
All direct debit orders will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank accounts. This usually takes up to two working days.
Pick ups for some products can be arranged. Contact Boardzone to arrange a pick up.
The buyer has the option to specify delivery instructions for an order in the order process form. Please note that if the order is delivered in accordance with the buyers delivery instructions Boardzone will not be responsible for any loss or theft. E.g. where the buyer instructs delivery to a location where the buyer will not be at or is not there at time of delivery.
Buyers are responsible to inspect the delivered product immediately to ensure no damage has occured in transit and to notify Boardzone within 2 days if there has been any damage.
Please note: All orders delivered within New Zealand are insured against damage or loss during transit up to the value of NZ$1500. The seller will not accept any liability for loss or damage in transit that exceeds the value of the loss or damage insurance applying to that delivery.
If your article fails to arrive within 4 days of delivery date (within New Zealand) or please notify Boardzone Ltd immediately on boardzonenz@gmail.com There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels. Failure to notify us in the above time frames may result in no refund.
